Tom Wolf to sign a bill he drafted that would authorize a land swap between the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and Ohiopyle Borough to increase water access for Ohiopyle State Park. These fees are taken from revenue from natural gas drilling activities in the Marcellus Shale. Distribution of revenue is expected to take place in early July.
