UNIONTOWN – A Thursday, Aug. 3, meeting organized by Rep. Matthew Dowling (R-Fayette/Somerset) and Fayette County Commissioner Angela Zimmerlink drew more than 20 businesses and individuals affected by recent flash flooding in Fayette County. The meeting, which focused on the ongoing flooding of the Redstone Creek and its economic implications to the city of Uniontown, had been scheduled prior to the July 28 rainfall, which resulted in Uniontown Mayor Bernie Kasievich signing a disaster declaration.
UNIONTOWN – In order to discuss the challenges facing local government officials, Reps.
