HARRISBURG – Rep. Matthew Dowling (R-Fayette/Somerset), chairman of the House Second Amendment Caucus, is launching a new video series to highlight pro-gun issues under discussion in the Commonwealth.
“On Target” will feature Dowling talking with fellow lawmakers and gun rights advocates about key legislation at the state and national levels.
“With current leadership in D.C. and our governor’s office, it is more important than ever to work proactively to secure our right to keep and bear arms,” Dowling said. “This video series is one way we are working to keep people informed.”
The first episode features a conversation with Rep. Jason Ortitay (R-Washington/Allegheny) regarding the benefits of his legislation to repeal the Pennsylvania Instant Check System, or PICS, and replace it with the National Instant Check System, or NICS.
The “On Target” video program will be posted at RepDowling.com/2Acaucus
on Wednesday mornings. It will also be available for download as a podcast through iTunes and Google Play.
