SALISBURY – To provide gun owners with the information they need to be responsible with their Second Amendment rights, Rep. Matthew Dowling (R-Fayette/Somerset) will host a concealed carry seminar on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Salisbury VFD Social Hall, 385 Ord St., Salisbury.
“The Second Amendment is both a right and a responsibility for Americans. We must be informed not only about how to safely use our firearms, but also about the laws that define our usage,” Dowling said. “Join me for information to protect you and your family.”
This seminar will focus on important aspects of the Second Amendment and gun owner rights. Presenters include representatives from the Pennsylvania Game Commission and Firearms Owners Against Crime, as well as the Somerset County Sheriff and others. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentations.
Concealed carry permit holders or those looking to obtain a concealed carry permit are encouraged to attend.
While there is no charge for this seminar, space is limited. Please RSVP to Dowling’s district office at 724-438-6100 or online at RepDowling.com
